Our Story
The Vrba family’s story is rooted in a deep love for Texas, a respect for the land, and a dream that led them to the heart of the Texas Hill Country. As first-generation cattle ranchers, they set out not to build the biggest herd, but to thoughtfully curate a small group of special cattle they could know, care for, and proudly share with others.
Proud Texans through and through, the Vrbas chose the Hill Country as the place to put down lasting ranching roots and put their years of hard work and planning into motion. Drawn by rolling hills, big skies, and a strong ranching heritage, their recent move was more than a change of address—it was a commitment to a way of life built on hard work, honesty, and neighborly hospitality.
From early mornings checking pastures to late nights during calving season, every part of the ranch is truly family-owned and family-operated, with each member bringing their own skills and experience to the work. Keeping their herd intentionally small allows them to give each animal the attention it deserves, ensuring quality, soundness, and a calm disposition in every head they offer.
